Refund Policy

Every print is made to order, & I want you to feel good about what arrives at your door.

Damaged or incorrect orders
If your print arrives damaged, bent, or noticeably misprinted, please contact me within 7 days of delivery with a clear photo of the issue & your order details. I’ll work with Finerworks to replace the item at no cost to you.

Change of mind
Because each print is created on demand specifically for your order, I’m unable to offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind, ordering the wrong size, or deciding the artwork doesn’t suit your space once it arrives.

However, if you’re unhappy for any reason, please still reach out. I want you to feel supported, & I’ll do what I can within reason to make things right.

Digital products
Digital items (such as journaling kits, printables, & downloads) are non-refundable due to their instant-access nature. If you have trouble accessing your files, I’ll gladly resend them or help you with the download.

If you have any questions about an order, please contact me before or after purchasing so we can sort it out together.

Shipping Policy

All physical art prints are made to order & fulfilled by Finerworks, a professional art & photo printing partner that specializes in high-quality fine art production. Your order is printed specifically for you once it’s placed.

Production time
Most prints are produced & ready to ship within approximately 1–3 business days. During holidays or high-volume seasons, production may take a little longer.

Shipping time
After production, your order ships directly from Finerworks’ facilities. Estimated delivery within the U.S. is typically 3–7 business days, depending on the shipping method & your location. International orders may take approximately 2–4 weeks due to distance & customs processing.

Tracking
You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Delays
Unexpected shipping or production delays can happen due to weather, carrier slowdowns, supply issues, or holiday volume. These situations are outside my direct control, but if something feels delayed or off, please reach out & I’ll do my best to help.

Incorrect addresses
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address entered at purchase cannot be refunded or replaced.

Purity En Colour provides original artwork, prints, digital products, & creative resources for personal use. By using this website or making a purchase, you agree not to reproduce, distribute, or resell any artwork or digital content without written permission from LaTisha Brown.

All prices are listed in USD. Payments are processed securely through trusted third-party services such as Squarespace Commerce, Stripe, PayPal, or similar providers. Purity En Colour reserves the right to update product offerings, pricing, or site content at any time.

Digital products are delivered electronically after purchase. Physical print orders are produced & fulfilled by Finerworks, a professional print-on-demand partner. By placing an order, you agree to Finerworks’ production timelines, shipping methods, & quality standards.

Use of this site for any unlawful purpose or to infringe on the intellectual property rights of Purity En Colour or others is not permitted.
